Due to different changes in the Dutch system (state pension benefits will change on the 1st of January 2015, recent review of the Dutch pension law) we noticed that there is an attitude change which is very positive.

• Company pension fund (for example KLM, Unilever etc) through a pointed and delegated pension foundation
• Branch of industry pension fund (food industry, metal industry etc)
• Free to choose pension fund; an employer does not have any obligation to join a fund but decided to set up a pension fund on his own as an extra benefit for his employees to make sure the company will be or stay attractive to take new talent on board.
